This is a long comment just to make sure the Gravatar doesn’t stuff everything up if the text crashes into it. Looking good!

Will there be a comment preview facility?

    Cheers

  5. Robert

Brian, I’ve just installed a “live preview” function. Your comment should appear in real time, below the comment form. I hope it is satisfactory.

  6. Mark

    yep, Rob it works!

…and now the “recent comments” list tells you how long ago each comment was posted.

And you should go to bed, Mark!

  8. Mark

    I will!

Shouldn’t you be working on your thesis or something?

  10. Mark

    At 11.16pm, James?

Surely the time is irrelevant until its finished.

  12. Mark

True, Polly, but I try to limit myself to a sustainable amount of work each day – that helps it get done!

Don’t have to justify yourself to me Mark besides I was only kidding. (although I must say there seems to be far too much activity on here from you today)

    Pffft x2

A few years ago I photocopied some journal articles for a Classics essay on Alexander late one afternoon – went home – surfed the net for a bit. Started reading the articles at 10pm. Started writing the 2000 word essay at 1am. Reached 1200 words at 5am. Slept. Woke up at 7am, finished it, caught the bus, went to a 10am lecture and handed it up afterwards, 5 hours before the 4pm deadline. Got a low credit!

11.16pm is the crack of dawn.
