Probably an inappropriate to put this but you (collective noun) are likely to have more communication with CL than I.

Can someone explain to him what an RSS feed is and how to turn it on, on his site.

Sometimes its on, sometimes its off, I’d like CL to have it on so I actually read his site and don’t have to trek all over the web all the time (meaning I don’t usally read it for that reason).

I don’t doubt it. However, I place more weight on spontaneity. I tell you what. You shoot your flatmate. Then I’ll shoot him. Then you shoot my housemate. We will then compare notes and ascertain which system to be the better. I’m sure we’ll have plenty of time: 10-14months I imagine.

OK, I’ll bite. However, the only lesbians I know are in couplets with similar body types: Lipstick Lesbians or Sensible Shoe Sistas. Still, the stereotype seems accurate. I’ve always put it down to the Laurel & Hardy/opposites attract vibe. Maybe it’s because someone has to take out the garbage and do the heavy lifting?

I’ve never claimed to be a gentle man, and chaps who shoot their flatmates would have a weaker claim, I’d wager. At least if I shot my flatmate, I’d do him the courtesy of accuracy.

You’re maligning Stephenson’s endings again, without realising that there’s certain Zen asymmetry to his writing: the journey’s more important than the ending. What I find most disappointing about his books is not the WAY they end, but the fact that they DO.
