If you look closely at the bottom left of the podium you can see the cable where they plugged George in. And I reckon Nic’s right. Judge Johnny certainly looks like he’s helping himself to a big eyeful of toned Presidential tushy.

Dang, beat me to it Mark! Although I didn’t think 1950s I thought, what the….? Pale blue *seersucker* shorts if you please. I thought seersucker was for grandmother’s tableclothes. Best summarised by this quote from the Washington Post report on “an imagee a little too carefully coordinated”:

“The usual advice [when visiting the White House is to dress appropriately. In this case, an addendum would have been helpful: Please select all attire from the commonly accepted styles of this century”

Although then the journo had the audacity to suggest that thongs were not a commonly accepted style of this century, even when they are the latest fashion statement.

It's Midwich Cuckoos, and the Dr Who villains are the Slaveen. Did you see the footage? The boy was dancing about as Bush was speaking with this hyper little freaky dance. The Daily Show did an excellent pisstake with footage of the kid distracting Bush throughout the past year - at the State of the Union etc.
