Mark's implication is correct, IMO, in that it does seem to be run as an online newspaper, albeit with a much more independent (cavalier?) editorial policy. I also suspect Christian Kerr (aka Hilary Bray, the best commentator on the site) has lost a lost of his insider edge since outing himself. True, Tyro.
