    Dear Sir,
    It is my most grave duty to inform you that my clients, which represent a Coalition of the Willing (COW) of lone, artisan yeoman bloggers with a most public-minded interest in preserving the Jeffersonian character of the blogosphere beseech you to cease and desist from anymore acquisitions of bloggers. Any continuance of your creeping acquisitions will triggers a complaint by the COW to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, seeking action for breach of section 46 of the Trade Practices Act which, to wit, states that:
    A corporation that has a substantial degree of power in a market shall not take advantage of that power for the purpose of:

    (a) eliminating or substantially damaging a competitor of the corporation or of a body corporate that is related to the corporation in that or any other market;
    (b) preventing the entry of a person into that or any other market; or
    (c) deterring or preventing a person from engaging in competitive conduct in that or any other market.

    Our view is that any further acquisitions on your part would constitute a taking advantage of a substantialy degree of market power in a defined ‘Ozblogosphere market’. We would regret any escalation of legal expenses that may follow from such a course of action so we would pleasantly encourage heeding of our advice.

    With the best of regards,

    Theodore Higginbotham, Esq
