Out of his tree

He’s been released, and a spokesman for the band said he’s fine.

Codicil: And blow me down but this makes 100 posts at LP for me! And how nice, to reach the ton with a happy one! *waves bat in air* More congrats – in fact, double any congrats, if congrats were to be in order for the dubious honour of achieving chattering class milestones – to Kim, who I notice has just brought up her LP double-century!! *Kim waves in air whatever it is that lefty arty self-identifying lesbian identified bisexuals wave in the air on such occasions, if indeed they wave anything at all*

I’d say how happy I was to hear this but my awful mind is reeling with tasteless links/comparisons to Beaconsfield.

The insurance folk probably make them go to hospital if they stub a toe.

Insurance folk are probably carried to hospital in hysterics if they stub a toe.

Actually according to one of the morning news shows, Keith didn’t fall out of a palm tree, but out of the hanmmock he was trying to get out of while reading a book. Dangerous things hammocks. He fell on his scone and was taken to hospital for obs after feeling the effects of slight concussion. Apparently the reporter simply rang through to confirm this story. Nevertheless, everyone wants to believe the other one about Keefy. The legend grows.

    Hammocks AGAIN!

How long must the carnage go on?

    Ban. Hammocks.

Of course all the gossip and stories must be taken with a grain of salt so who knows what happened.

Let’s wait for the full independent inquiry.

However. I did note many of the reports had Mr Wood at ground zero of Keefgate with suggestion they were both sloshed. I thought Ronnie was dry these days and although it is absolutely none of my business what he does with his life I do hope he is not getting himself into further trouble on that front.

Anna: Groovy. Are those pom-poms she’s waving, or cheeseburgers?

    Great taste in boots, though!

    Heh!

At least she’s not encouraging eating disorders by bearing her cheerleading midriff!

Yay, double!! Right back at ya Kim!!

As unaccustomed as I am, I would class this as an episodic century, comprised overwhelmingly of singles, boosted by an unusually large proportion of byes down both the leg and open sides, perilously close bouncers, and the world record in runs from overthrows and dead balls, apparently attributed to t. blair. Looking back, it was a chanceless innings, which makes the frequency of appeals look funny. Is this where I mention J F Beck, of the famous Rock Dwelling and Link Fiddling controversies? Thank you, Mr R Dweller.

    *sniffles*

In other words, I don’t think I’ve brought much except little pieces and controversy, but it’s been fun and easy, tks Mark and LP colleagues.

    *weeps, exits*

    [Audit forthcoming, Ms Naomi.]
