Mmmmm, I think there’s something in that for all of us.
To my giant make up van!
Classic! Somehow she actually seems to have a personality now…
wpd, I think Eddie McGuire would tell you that the correct term is “boned”.
I just saw Mr Crikey himself get wrestled by Glen Milne on stage and in front of cameras. Made for good viewing. I wonder how long it will be until it’s on YOUTUBE.

Here is the article from The Oz (listed as “Breaking News”

HIGH-profile News Ltd columnist Glenn Milne has taken an impromptu public swipe at crikey.com.au founder and internet journalist Stephen Mayne at the nation’s media awards.
Milne, a political columnist for The Sunday Telegraph , marched onstage as Mr Mayne was presenting the Photographic Essay award, yelling that he was a “disgrace as he dealt Mr Mayne a hefty shove off the stage.
“You are an absolute disgrace,â€? an outraged Mr Milne shouted, as an audience of the nation’s media elite erupted into laughter.
Berating Mr Mayne about making unsubstantiated claims on the popular media critique website crikey.com.au, Milne had to be restrained by security guards and escorted offstage.
“Thanks buddy, thank you, Mr Mayne replied, provoking a fresh charge from the tuxedoed Milne.
And this from Mayne:
Not to be upstaged, the uninjured Mr Mayne dusted himself off and paid tribute to his detractor, saying “Ladies and Gentlemen, I have an announcement to make on behalf of (News Ltd owner) Rupert Murdoch.
“That is the former Sunday Telegraph political correspondent Glenn Milne, sponsored by Fosters.
Heh.
Saw it on sbs.
Vintage.
Demands to be on YouTube - am just about to put up a post about it.

Not My Link.
Taking to heart my favourite line from the latest “keep yourself nice” school principal lecture here - “although we recognise the anarchic nature of many comments threads” - I would just to say that Chrissie Hynde’s last album “Loose Screw” is primo. Hey voice has aged like good wine, the song selection is very thoughtfully eclectic and her very good backing band recognises and supports her like the unique diva she is.
[furtively adds to Giftmas list for mr tog]
Naomi will be missed like, err, missing something that one doesn’t miss.
Mmmmm, head turn towards camera….that’s all from me folks.
Bugger off, Naomi.
“Somehow she actually seems to have a personality now…”
yeah!
