This is concerning Federal Justice Branson’s demolition of the federal government’s despicable coercion of government departments over people taking time off to protest against “W……..s”.
Thought it was SMH. Never mind. Very few people seem yet to have woken up to just how devastating this- emphatic- judgement is: a sort of “W……..s” equivalent to Spender’s demolition of Andrews over Haneef. And on the end of a continuing series of equivalent serious blows, Howard must be wondering if all his Xmasses have not come at once,
Now, Hockey has said he may appeal. But how much more stupid will the already stupid chook Barbara Bennett ads look, even compared to now, if he does. So much for all this BS about the Libs “protecting worker’s rights”.

No doubt about it Gummo, when a government is making fundamental errors like this it is in a permanent state of decay.

Court decisions like this on what is supposedly one of the Howard Government’s strongest areas of expertise just remind me of the dying days of the Joh era.

I think that under the pressure of an election campaign we will see this sort of standard well and truly shown to be about as good as they can be at this stage.

We have yet to see how they handle the fallout from printgate yet but all the indications point to very poorly.
