		<description>I feel Burma has long been a good case for humanitarian intervention...however that can wait. The new model of small donations can help save lives in an emergency.
In the long run we can use the net-based small donation model to ward off these crisis. Less can be more and a small drink of clean water is always beautiful.</description>
