Possum isn’t going to take being dissed by Christian Kerr and the “balance and fact” crew at The Australian lying down:

    Our community are intolerant?

    Christian Kerr:

The offenders here are discussion blogs. They would like to see themselves as the common rooms and salons of the online world. But they are intolerant and, worse, often incorrect.

It was just a grammar snark.

Ummmm, so when will LP become a multimedia sensory experience? In purple of course.

Didn’t you hear that the last batch was comandeered in the tomato cans by the AFP, Phil?

Best Flash ad for an Aussie political blog in August of a calendar year ever!

Aww shit Ben - was it that bad! :-)
Laura - it’s even worse than ppt:

    Windows Movie Maker!

I spent about a day stuffing around making a professional looking piece, hence the music made with Acid Pro and and whatnot (which was a nice excuse to relive a previous musician life and call it constructive!) but about 15 seconds of video in I thought “WTF am I doing” and went for the cheap option, planning to put a line in the end going “Sure this looks Cheesy, but if you want special effects go to News.com.au - if you want content go to pollytics.com”

Then I thought that was just being a wanker!

So cheesy it stayed (except for the music)- sans the punchline.

But hopefully amusing none the less.

And a very humble thank you to all - I didn’t realise it would create such a stir.

I noticed you being dissed by Mike Dempsey in this clip Possum.

Were you getting in a bit of training to take on the MSM.

Wow, Man, have you evah seriously gotten under some Oz skins.

    Onya, Possum!

BTW Real World - isn’t that a parallel universe inhabited by zillions of screeching banshee members of the silent majority?

Pity about the Ivory ban tho. ‘Echo chamber’ doesn’t have the same ring to it.

Good on ya Poss!! I’ve loved your work over the last year and look forward to more!!

Getting under the Aus’s skin is just icing - nice icing though :p
And the clip wasn’t bad at all :)

    Sounds good. Bring it on.

Possum bases his posts on facts. That’s what really eats at many in the MSM - those who prefer to create alternative realities.

    Onya poss!

    Awesome, good work!

Love the new name, BTW. Reminds me of something, can’t quite work out what though

    Will miss the ‘possum’ though
