unfortunately, this is probably as good as coogee is ever gunna get – the demographics have been changing rapidly, and i dont think recent arrivals, including sarah and lachlan etc. are going to vote labor somehow…(heath might have!)
so besides, stunning city beaches ten minutes drive from sydney’s CBD – the liberals didnt win a booth in the whole electorate in 2003.
