Not strictly whimsical, I suppose, but I’m having a great day. Jess pointed to a great map of Antarctica on one of the Climate Clippings, and now diving down the Keep Calm rabbit hole has let me here. This stuff gets me pretty excited, as I was a cartographer back in the day.
Remember the ship’s captain of the Golgafringians from Life, The Universe and Everything…the one who lived in the bathtub and whose most recent bath had gone on for years?
In South Korea, that is actually a viable lifestyle option.
