Once again celebrating my decision to grow only grape tomatoes this year. The volume may not be there but the taste and utility easily makes up for it. My lovely wife has produced a few delicious bakes which are simply grape tomatoes, onions, pepper and salt.
This evening she added some of our chilli and capsicums for the best taste sensation yet. Add this left over bake to some fried bacon on toast in the morning and you’re in food heaven again.
